“Share Ideas” Terms & Conditions
- The idea(s) you have shared on “Share Ideas” Platform (“Platform”) will be accessed by Olympian City 2 Management Company Limited (“Olympian City”) , and may be reviewed and circulated within any company or companies within Sino Group. Olympian City shall not be responsible for and assumes no liability to you to maintain confidentiality of the idea(s) shared by you on the Platform or the contents thereof unless you have in your submission/sharing of the idea in the Platform required in writing for Olympian City to keep the same confidential.
- Any idea shared must be your original idea. The idea and all materials submitted by you must not infringe intellectual property rights of any person.
- If Olympian City is interested in the idea you share and consider it acceptable and feasible after your providing details thereof upon request, co-operation for further study, development, exploitation and/or use of the idea will be subject to such terms and conditions contained in an agreement to be entered between Olympian City or any company within Sino Group and you.
- Notwithstanding any contrary or inconsistent provision(s) contained herein or in the Platform and for the avoidance of doubt, Olympian City is under no obligation to consider, accept or use any idea shared and has absolute right to make any decision in relation to the submission and idea shared.
- Olympian City has the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute concerning these terms and conditions or any matter arising from or in connection with the submission or idea shared, Olympian City reserves the right of final and binding decision which cannot be appealed against.
- Your personal data will be required when making the submission. Please refer to “Personal Information Collection Statement” below and “Privacy Policy Statement” of Sino Group at: http://sino.com/en-US/Special-Pages/Personal-Data-(Privacy)-Policy.
- If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
Personal Information Collection Statement
- Personal data provided to the “Share Ideas” Platform (“Platform”) will be used for the purpose of processing submission, contacting participants and incidental matters.
- Provision of personal data in the submission is voluntary. However, your submission will be disabled and not acceptable if you fail to provide the personal data.
- The personal data may be provided to other companies within Sino Group, including Olympian City 2 Management Company Limited, its holding, subsidiary, affiliate and associated companies, who will assist in the processing of the submission.
You have the right to request access to and the correction of your personal data.
